Maderas External Access Road

Manicured road and strategically paved section to make for a smooth, driving experience to the Los Cerros Community.
Completion date: May 2024.
Progress to date: 85%. Road rehabilitation of access road from Maderas including installed over 250 meters of concrete stripes on the steep sections to guarantee easy and smooth access to the property year round.

Internal Community Roads

Manicured roads.

Internal water

2 strategically placed wells both on site of the community with water grid running to each lot.
Completion date: October 2024.
Progress to date: 50%. registration and activation of well #1 including installation of a solar pump. Design and preparation of the internal subterranean watergrid.

External Electricity

Above ground running to Los Cerros Community.
Completion Date: September 2024.
Progress to date: 20%. getting approval from Dissur to bring electricity to the property.

Internal electricity

Underground grid with meter stack and connecting tubes for electricity running to each lot.
Completion Date: November 2024.
Progress to date: 15%. design and preparation for subterranean water and electrical grid.

Guard house with security gate

Located at the entrance point of external road to the community behind lot 5.
Completion Date: August 2024.
Progress to date: 10%. established location and design of guard house.
